Agency Passengers – Please Read The Following Very Carefully:

Thank you for using our Date Reservation service.

You will soon receive an email from our office team, confirming the flight date request that you have just made.
These emails are only sent during office hours, so do not necessarily expect an instant reply (for example at weekends or during the evening).
If you do not receive the confirmation email within one working day, you must contact our office immediately for clarification because you may still be booked on the flight, and our confirmation email may simply have gone into your junk/spam/trash folder. Failure to arrive for a flight that you have booked would result in the forfeit of your voucher, so please be certain.

The office team will also post your voucher(s) and a Passenger Information Leaflet to the address you provided. For a downloadable version of the Passenger Information Leaflet, please click here.

Please also note that you may only book ONE flight date at a time. Do not try to book multiple dates!

We reserve the right to reject your flight date request if your voucher has expired or is invalid for the flight booked.
Be sure to read all of the documentation provided with your flight voucher(s)/ticket(s), especially with regard to checking the weather conditions nearer to the time of the flight.
